12V BATTERY TESTER

For testing 12V batteries and 12V charging / starting systems. Uses a passive testing method so as not to drain or discharge the battery. This method also allows the condition of a discharged battery to be tested. The Tester is connected using the 600mm cable with insulated crocodile clips.
